Reservations with Deposit

N.B. The reservation is taken into charge only after accepting the quotation communicated.
The cancellation of the agreed service must be made by the Lessor in writing or by e-mail to the address email@example.com.
For the cancellation of the service, after confirmation by the client, the following penalties apply:
-the cancellation of the trip total loss of the commitment / deposit paid for commitment or travel;
-Up to 7 days before departure: 30% of the total amount + commitment / deposit paid;
-Up to 48 hours from the departure of the service: 60% of the total amount + commitment / deposit paid;
-Up to 24 hours from the departure of the service: 100% of the total amount.
In the case of a canceled flight or a delay of more than 30 minutes at departure, the customer is obliged to notify our reservation number 3401691355 in order to guarantee the presence of one of our staff at the arrival. Failure to send the canceled delay or flight notice excludes the right to have the vehicle available; in case of delayed arrival or postponed and will be the penalty of 100% of the entire trip. In the event that the Lessor due to technical failure or force majeure, can not perform the service will not be required to pay anything to the Lessee as compensation, except to undertake to extend the service for the next date useful for the Lessee.
